I do not accept returns as I cannot gaurantee unused conditions after it has been purchased and delivered  from my studio (shop). 

International clientel are responsible for any import taxes that they may incur with purchasing from the United States. Mi Dio Jewelry is not responsible for any shipping loss, taxes, damages or problems that may arise thereof.

However I do believe that every customer should be a satisfied and happy one, so if there be any reason there is an issue with your purchase, you may contact me within 3 days of receipt of your item(s).
