Learn to work with traditional materials like, turquoise, sterling silver, copper and natural stones as you craft unique pieces inspired by native American and Mexican design elements.  Classes cover techniques such as stamping, beading and silversmithing. Perfect for beginners and experienced makers alike.  Each session brings a deeper appreciation for the bold colors, earthly textures and symbolism the define southwestern style. 

 We also private parties which entails a hand on evening of creativity and connection as we dive into the art of jewelry making!  Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned jewelry creator, come craft your own one-of-a-kind piece inspired by different mixed metals and stones of your choice!

Stackable Rings

The stackable rings workshop is designed for beginners who want to explore the basics of jewelry making.  In this two-hour session, participants will learn fundamental techniques such as sawing, soldering and finishing to create their own sterling silver rings.  No prior experience is necessary, and all materials and tools are provided.  By the end of the workshop all participants will have a handmade ring or rings to take home.  This workshop functions like a crash course, bite size introduction to silversmithing.

Bangle Bracelet

 

During this class you will be guided through all the needed steps to create a solid sterling silver bangle bracelet. You will design, measure, cut, form, hammer and solder and polish your own bracelet and leave with it on your wrist.  There will be an option to make another bracelet with the sterling silver available on that day.

Earrings

For this earring workshop class, you will be designing and making your own pair of brass or copper earrings, using sterling silver earring hooks. You will be learning how to saw, texture and form metal, all while creating your own pair of earrings.  We will provide and necessary tools and materials, however, this class is designed to inspire your inner creativity through play and experimentation with metal.  By the end of this class you and all other attendees will have completed a unique pair of earrings to last a lifetime.

 

Please be advised to wear closed toe shoes for these classes, long trousers (jeans are perfect) and long hair will need to be tied up to ensure your safety.  If you wear glasses please ensure you bring them with you.
